How it works
The function allows you to remove transactions that share a reference number but have a net effect of nil from any dataset.
How to use it:
Step 1
In the ‘More’ drop down of the Cleaning and Structuring group, click on ‘Remove ins and Outs’.
A new pop-up window will appear.
Step 2
Select the heading of the reference column.
Step 3
Select the heading of the value column.
Step 4
Click on OK to run the function.
The function will two new sheets, one with the dataset without the ins and outs and another with these transactions.
