How it works
There are two options for the templates to be used, Server connected or Local machine. For the server connected templates, all templates will be as per the server and any changes made to the server will automatically be updated in The Audit Toolbar. The Local machine templates are specific to each individual. All four template functions of The Audit Toolbar update in similar ways. The structure is as follows.
- Templates stored on the server will be kept up to date (if connected).
- Any new or changed templates will reflect upon refreshing The Audit Toolbar.
To Link your templates to the server, simply follow these steps:
Step 1
In the Help and Support group of The Audit Toolbar, click on the Manage Templates dropdown and navigate to Templates Folder.
Step 2
Select whether to use Server Templates or Local Templates.
Step 3
If Local Templates is selected, click continue and The Audit Toolbar will reflect the Templates per the Local machine.
If Server Templates is selected, click on the magnifying glass and navigate to the ‘Templates’ folder on the server and select it. The templates in The Audit Toolbar will reflect the Server templates and automatically update.
