How it works
This function allows you to clear all the formatting that is in cells that are empty. This function is used when a document is quite large and therefore running slowly. Clearing the formatting frees up more space, reducing the size of the document.
How to use it:
Step 1
In the ‘More’ drop down of the Cleaning and Structuring group, click on ‘Clean Empty Cells’.
The function will instantly clear all the formatting in empty cells.
