How it works

This function allows the user to quickly fill a dataset’s account names (or other data) down into each cell below. This is handy for those situations where a client’s export only contains account headers and you need those headers to appear on each and every row.

How to use it:

Step 1

With the dataset as the active sheet, click on ‘Autofill Down’ on The Audit Toolbar in the Cleaning and Structuring Group.

A new Pop-up window will appear.

Step 2

On the Pop-up Window, select the column that contains the account headers.

Note: You can select either the Header cell or the entire column.

Step 3

Click ‘Okay’.

Step 4

The Audit Toolbar will insert a new column with your account headers auto filled onto each row.
