How it works
Break links allows you to break links to external workbooks. This will replace the links with the underlying values.
Note: The function will only work if there are links/formulas to other external workbooks. The function will turn all links into values.
How to use it:
Step 1
Ensure your workbook contains external links.
Workbooks that show either message A or B contain links to external workbooks.
These links look like the formula shown in C
Step 2
Click on the Break links button.
Step 3
Confirm that you would like to continue by clicking ‘Yes’.
Step 4
On completion of the function, the Formulas will be converted to values.
